The Alternative Stormwater Infrastructure Loan Program offers low-interest loans to local forms of government for the construction of alternative stormwater infrastructure projects on currently or previously developed land. Applicants are eligible for loans of up to $5 million for demolition, construction of eligible infrastructure, and consultant costs.
